Album Description

The Flightened are Sue Spinks and Sarah McDougall from London, UK. They are both talented singer/songwriters who play guitar and ukulele and enjoy singing with each other. Up until now they’ve been playing together around the campfire for years and occasionally in small West London Venues. Utilising the recording studio and production skills of Sarah’s husband Orson, they have released 2 albums – “Perky La-Las” being the second one.

The album was conceived and recorded during the pandemic with much appreciated (suitably socially distanced) support and contributions from talented friends. The final result is a very entertaining collection of original songs in various styles about the state of the world, the state of our hearts and even the state of our armpits!
